We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items. Please ensure that all products are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all Sophia Webster packaging and security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer box and secure them inside the protective shipping carton, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your package at an authorized courier point or schedule a complimentary collection through our shipping partner's website.
